        Annual Open Juried Show
               March 20 to April 27, 2010

The Westlake Village Art Guild has announced that it will host its 2010 Open Juried Art Show at the Thousand Oaks Community Gallery. The show will open on March 20, 2010 and run through April 27, 2010. Over 100 visual artists are expected to enter and compete for over $2,000 in cash prizes. Show judges are Marsha Gertenbach, Sylvia White and Bob Privitt.

Continental Art Supplies of Reseda is giving a lecture that will include an explanation of new and established brushes and there uses. Attendees will have an opportunity to sample many brushes.

	Serving Conejo Valley Artists for 40 Years Founded in 1969, the Westlake Village Art Guild is a nonprofit organization comprised of artists and others who not only admire art but have an interest in promoting art education and appreciation in our community. What We Do The Westlake Village Art Guild offers its members opportunities to exhibit their work in competitions and at local venues. Our dinner meetings are open to the public and feature demonstrations by prominent artists or presentations on art-related topics. We publish a bulletin, sponsor workshops.
